Waiver Support Coordination (WSC)
All individuals enrolled on the iBudget waiver must receive Waiver Support Coordination services. Waiver Support Coordination is the service of advocating for the individual and identifying, developing, coordinating, and accessing supports and services on the individual’s behalf. WSCs promote the health, safety, and well-being of individuals. We also promote the dignity, privacy, and respect for all individuals, including sharing personal information and decisions when necessary.
Consumer-Directed Care Plus (CDC+)
CDC+ is a long-term care program alternative to the Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Medicaid Waiver. The program provides the opportunity for individuals to improve the quality of their lives by being empowered to make choices about the supports and services that will meet their long-term care needs and to help them reach their goals.
